DYW School Coordinator Development Day
On the 10th of May our DYW School Coordinator Development Day at V&A Dundee took place.
At this event we discussed the benefits of Modern Apprenticeships and had the great opportunity to listen to one of our DYW Administrators Natalia Greszta, who is completing her Modern Apprenticeship in Business Admin.
This was an opportunity to inform the School Coordinators about the new and updated KPIs. We also introduced our SharePoint idea to ensure School Coordinators are able to access all DYW resources.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Klaus Mayer, Senior Education Officer at Education Scotland, who explained the benefits of DYW Live and how School Coordinators can utilise the programme in schools.
Thank you Julie Degnam, Project Manager at Scotland’s Enterprising Schools, for encouraging our school coordinators to embed Enterprise in schools.
Thank you Gary Jamieson from V&A who spoke about the V&A NCR STEM Challenge and offers for local schools.
We finished the event off with our Apprentice Ambassadors (Lucy Jobson & Zeinab Bakir) who delivered a talk about their apprenticeship journey.
