Ever since the first episode of the Great British Bake Off aired back in 2010, baking has been ‘on the rise’!

With approximately 4,500 small bakeries such as J M Bakery in Monifieth, 350 medium bakeries such as Campbells House of Cakes in Carnoustie, and 150 large bakeries in the UK such as Greggs, could this be the industry for you?

If so, there are many different pathways you could take:

College Courses

Dundee and Angus College offers a great range of baking and hospitality courses, from Cakes and Traybakes to a NC Bakery.
