Last night we were fortunate enough to be invited to the Scottish Apprenticeship Awards 2019 ceremony at the Caird Hall, Dundee. We had a great night celebrating all the great Apprentices in Scotland and those companies who support them in their work based learning.
The finalists all had brilliant stories to tell, with the judges having to make some difficult decisions about who the winners were.
There were a number of businesses celebrated who had supported and guided their young people through Foundation, Modern and Graduate apprenticeships. They spoke about building a workforce for tomorrow and addressing skills gaps within their organisations.
