Creating & delivering career inspiration
DYW Tay Cities work with schools to create and deliver career inspiration activity in partnership with local businesses. There is no ‘one size fits all’ support package, but the DYW programme allows businesses to work flexibly with schools and find ways to engage which most suits them.

The Young Person’s Guarantee brings together employers, partners and young people. It aims to connect every 16 to 24 year old in Scotland to an opportunity. This could be a job, apprenticeship, further or higher education, training or volunteering. It could also be an enterprise opportunity. We are asking employers to sign up to the Young Person’s Guarantee to show their commitment to supporting the next generation of the workforce.
