What is the Young Person's Guarantee?

The Young Person’s Guarantee is a commitment to connect every 16 to 24 year old in Scotland to an opportunity. As employers and partners, you play a vital role in creating opportunities for young people as they prepare for and take their first steps into the
world of work

We’re asking you to pledge support in ways that not only benefit the young people of Scotland but benefit your business too. You can build a workforce with the right skills and experience now and in the future.

Benefits to Your Organisation

There are lots of benefits in pledging your support to the Young Person’s Guarantee, including:

What's Involved?

Your pledge is built around areas of support and creating opportunities for young people.  You can get involved in different ways.

We also offer a toolkit and support through our Regional DYW network which will help you plan and develop the ways in which you can engage and benefit now and in the future.

Why we're thrilled to pledge to the Young Person's Guarantee

“Gleneagles is thrilled to pledge its commitment to the Young Person’s Guarantee, which will support young people of all backgrounds to unlock their potential by helping them develop the skills, experience and confidence they need to forge fulfilling and successful careers in the hospitality industry.”
