Making this commitment to the Young Person’s Guarantee was a very simple decision for us. We firmly believe in the importance of investing in the future of our workforce and have been supporting young people through work experience, internships, apprenticeships and personal development for many years.
As a small team it’s both easy because we can be very nimble and implement changes to processes to support new ways of working - and difficult at the same time. Nurturing young talent and teaching them how to become an asset to your business means you must spend the time to create good processes and engage with the right partners to provide expert support.
