Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Website and Social Media Coordinator to join our team and oversee the management and optimization of our online platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our website, as well as managing our presence on various social media channels. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our digital presence, engaging our audience, and amplifying the impact of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the DYW website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize website performance, including SEO, user experience
enhancements, and content optimization.
• Create engaging and informative content for the website, including articles, blog posts, event
listings, and resources.
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to track user engagement, identify trends, and
make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Manage DYW’s presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and
Instagram.
• Develop and execute social media content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement
and interactions.
• Create compelling multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, to enhance
social media engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels in a timely and
professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote DYW initiatives, events, and programs through website
and social media channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in website management
and social media marketing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• Proven experience in website management, content creation, and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media
management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for
diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret website and social media analytics to drive
performance improvements.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences through digital channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal
teams and external partners.
