Role Overview:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and understanding customers needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Ensure all orders are packed and dispatch correctly.
- Adhere to the procedures for handling cash, cheques and accounts.
- Monitor and maintain agreed stock levels and check deliveries against delivery notes, ensuring all parts are accounted for. .
- Assist with stock checks and process warranty claims.

What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate Apprentice Civil Engineer, your job is like helping plan and construct things like roads, bridges, and buildings. You’ll work on-site and in the office, learning how to design, build, and maintain these structures whilst ensuring everything is built correctly and safely.
Who we’re looking for
For our Level 6 Apprenticeship, you’ll need 3 A Levels or equivalent at passing grades. This programme combines advanced academic study with full-time work, offering you the opportunity to develop both professionally and academically.

As a full-time soldier, entry-level HR Specialist in the British Army, you’ll:

Job Overview
The Modern Apprenticeship Programmes allow apprentices to work full time and earn while they learn putting theory into practice within an automotive training environment.
As well as attending the training centre for week block release of training, regular assessment and reviews will be undertaken within the apprentice’s own workplace which aims to ensure they have the required skills to successfully complete their apprenticeship.
What Might a Typical Day in this Job look like?
This programme covers the following areas:
- Carrying out inspections, diagnosing and rectifying issues with chassis units.
- Diagnosing and fixing faults with vehicle engines
- Using the latest workshop materials and equipment
- Repairing exterior body panels using panel beating and welding skills
- Renewing and refitting electro-mechanical and electronic components
You will train in all aspects of motor vehicle repair and maintenance including vehicle servicing, MOT preparation, removal, replacement and overhaul of major components and electrical fault diagnostics.
What Will I Learn?
Regular assessment and reviews will be undertaken within the apprentice’s own workplace which aims to ensure they have the required skills to successfully complete their apprenticeship.
You will train through GTG to SCQF Level 7 in Heavy Goods & Public Service Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
