Inspired by her grandparents Donna Howie pursued a career in nursing and has been with the NHS for 36 years. Being on the frontline during a global pandemic isn't easy but for Donna she is just doing her job!

Stevie Forrester has had an interest in anything to do with engines and cars from a young age. He completed a 4 year Modern Apprenticeship in Motor Vehicle Diagnosis, Maintenance and Repairs and now works as part of the RAC Patrol covering a large area in Scotland including Dundee and Angus.

With over 40 years of service Richard Laird has wore many hats whilst working for the Scottish Ambulance Service. Now in his role as Community Resilience Team Leader he travels across the North of Scotland (a vast area approximately the size of Belgium!) to support volunteers!

Jacqui Semple has worked at Angus Council for 21 years! Working in a variety of different posts before being promoted to Manager, Risk, Resilience & Safety. She also has a national role as Chair of the Emergency Planning Society and has been key in organising the councils response to Covid-19.

Louis started off as a student Ambulance Technician and is currently a student at the Scottish Ambulance Service Academy within Glasgow Caledonian University completing a course to become a Paramedic. He has returned to front line duties recently to support efforts to tackle the COVID-19 Pandemic.
