Today was the culmination of the four-week Dark Dundee Local History project with S3 pupils from Harris Academy.
Webster's High Business Breakfast
On Thursday 30 November the DYW team attended Webster’s High business breakfast, which brought together teachers, including the DYW and STEM contacts within the school and businesses within Angus. The aim of the event was to build partnership working and awareness of the benefits of education and employers collaborating, as well as showcase some of the amazing work already done.
Invest In Me
Invest in Me is a project run by DYW in conjunction with the Bank of Scotland. It is a two day programme whereby pupils are given skills, techniques and life like experiences to enable them to feel more confident when applying for jobs.Read more
Craigie High School and Morgan Academy Business Breakfast
Over 200 educators and employers took part in a business breakfast, aimed at looking at how schools and employers could work together to help develop young people and close the skills gap. The event was a collaboration between Craigie High and Morgan Academy, in partnership with Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce and DYW Dundee and Angus.Read more
